MAISON DE special Package 

MAISON DE special signature, its to deliver to our customers any product in handmade luxury packaging, elegant and sophisticated, without any cost, it's our complimentary to our unique customers.

Complimentary gift wrap included

  • Every product is beautifully packaged in a quality box or wrap or fabric bag in creative way. Finished with a personalized gift card.

  • Each product is then carefully placed in the box if needed and protected with crinkled paper and sealed with tissue.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

At MAISON DE, we always aim to get orders out within 24 hours of being placed, and your order is always on its way within 1-2 days. If you order in the morning, your order may be shipped out the same day. 
Some order is customized need time before being placed; the period will be informed to the customer before placing order.

We use a variety of couriers depending on your location (Go Logistics, Star Track & Australia Post) to ensure the fastest and safest delivery of your gift box. Once the parcel has been dispatched any delays with delivery are out of our control (e.g. weather conditions, flight delays, COVID). Please note that once your parcel has been dispatched, it is up to the courier to deliver it within the time frame quoted to us. We cannot take any responsibility for delayed or lost packages.

Delivery Times & cost

To confirm your exact postage costs, simply add your postcode in your Shopping Cart. Your postage cost will depend on a number of factors, including size and weight, your postcode, and where your items are being dispatched from.

 

Free Standard Delivery Now On Orders $49

  • Orders $48.99 and under can be delivered for a flat fee of $7.95.

  • 4 - 7 business days for delivery to metro locations.

  • 7 - 10 business days for delivery to regional locations including Western Australia, Queensland and Northern Territory.

 

Express delivery $9.95

Place your order before 12pm for delivery between 9am and 5pm the next business day.

 

  • Express delivery may take up to 3 business days to Western Australia, Northern Territory and non-metro areas

  • $9.95 flat fee for Express delivery, available in metro locations only.

  • Delivery will occur between 9am - 5pm the next business day when you place an order before 12pm AEST.

  • Orders placed after 12pm AEST will be delivered in 1-2 business days.

 

Big & bulky $75/order

Our Big & bulky delivery service is for items too large or heavy to go through the standard post. If an item qualifies for Big & bulky, it will be listed on the product page.

  • Big & bulky is for items like furniture, beds, large appliances and some large toys

  • $75 per Big & bulky order

  • 7- 14 business days in metropolitan areas only

For orders that are eligible for Express Shipping, the option will be shown at checkout.

If your order includes heavier items, or if you add more products to your order, the shipping cost may vary.

Safe Drop Parcel Delivery by Australia Post

What is Safe drop?

Safe Drop is when the Australia Post delivery person finds a suitable place at the delivery address where they can safely leave your parcel if it doesn’t fit in your mailbox or if you’re not home to receive it.

What happens to my parcel if no one is at the delivery address to receive it?

Australia Post will make every attempt to deliver your parcel. If a parcel is too big to be left in a mailbox, and no one's at the address when they attempt to deliver it:

  • check for special delivery instructions if provided

  • look for a Suitable Safe Drop Location (if a signature isn't required)

What addresses and locations are suitable for a Safe Drop parcel delivery?

Australia Post Safe Drop your parcel when we can identify and access a safe, discreet, weather-proof area at the delivery address.

These are the Safe Drop spots (at home or work):

  • any safe place on your premises

  • at the front door

  • in your mailbox (if size allows)

  • on the front porch

  • under carport / veranda

  • by the side gate

Notification will be sent via SMS on the day of delivery by Australia Post:

 

Its unlikely to Safe Drop your parcel if:

  • the front of the property is close to the street

  • someone walking past might easily see it

  • You live in an apartment or gated community (unless gaining access is easy)

  • your parcel would be out in the weather

If Australia Post believe the Safe Drop location is unsuitable, they may choose to leave it in a different spot (and leave a card to let you know where), or to take it to a local Post Office to be collected.

If they deliver it to the Post Office you’ll be notified by card, email or SMS to let you know where and when you can collect your item.

Please note: Australia Post and our fright partners are experiencing some delays due to higher than normal volumes of online orders, but orders are still being fulfilled and are arriving to customers and on the whole postage and courier services are generally operating as normal.

Delivery to Parcel Lockers

Parcel locker deliveries* can be made however you must open an account with MyPost and agree to their terms and conditions. 

A Parcel Locker is a secure storage space where you have 48 hours to collect your parcel. 

You can find Parcel Lockers at over 250 locations across Australia. They’re outside Post Offices, service stations and 7-Eleven stores.
 

*Please note, bulky items / larger than normal orders cannot be delivered to a parcel locker. For further information, see Delivery Addresses for further assistance.

  • Where do I find your store?
    Our store is online only, which means you get to shop 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from the comfort of your own home, in your comfy pants with a glass of wine in hand!
  • How long does postage take?
    We make lots of handmade products from around Australia and the world. As some products are ready-made and some are custom made (which is why you chose to shop with us – good call), and they are all shipped from different places, they may not all take the same time to reach you. To get an idea of when you can expect your order, take a look at the turnaround times and shipping information on each item’s page. If a few extra days have passed and your order’s still not with you, please contact the individual handmade business.
  • Where are your products made?
    Each piece description will contain detailed information as to whether it was made in Syria, Lebanon or Australia.
  • What payment types do you accept?
    We accept payments via Paypal and credit card (currently accepting Mastercard, Visa and American Express)
  • My product is a gift, do you gift wrap?"
